Cable equipment development and production

As the company's strategic core business, Bibi has integrated a senior technical team and global production resources to build a full value chain system of R & D-manufacturing-service solutions. The company's core product matrix covers high and low temperature extrusion machines (including special models such as chemical foaming, physical foaming, silicone rubber, etc.), high-precision stranding machines, intelligent winding machines, precision wrapping machines, and fully automatic cable forming machines. As well as high-matching core accessories such as special core molds, mouth molds, and machine heads for extrusion machines, it can fully meet the production needs of special fields such as industrial control wires, medical special wires, and aerospace cables.

At the R & D level, Jiangsu Kunshan R & D Center has brought together a technical team composed of the core backbones of large foreign-funded cable enterprises, and the core members all have more than 10 years of deep experience in the industry. Unlike traditional equipment manufacturers, the Bibi team is not only proficient in the R & D, production and debugging of cable equipment, but also has a deeper understanding of the world's cutting-edge cable processing technology (such as the extrusion, stranding, and wrapping processes of extremely fine coaxial and biomedical cables). The base is equipped with more than 80 sets of international advanced machining equipment, including core-walking machine tools, turn-milling composite machine tools, high-precision CNC machining centers, five-axis numerical control lathes and 300-600T stamping machine tools, etc., forming a full-process closed-loop processing capability from raw material refining to precision parts forming, and the processing accuracy and stability have reached the industry's top level.

Starting from meeting the company's own cable equipment core parts and mold production needs, this section gradually opens up precision machining services to the outside world with high-end equipment clusters, mature process matrix and strict whole-process quality control. In line with the trend of global industrial layout, Bibi has invested in purchasing land and building a standard chemical factory in Pananikong County, Chonburi Province, Thailand, to create an overseas precision machining hub of the same scale, standard and quality as the Chinese base. As a key node of the company's globalization strategy, the Thai base has fully replicated the lean production management process, ISO quality control system and core processing technology standards of the Kunshan base to ensure the quality of products at home and abroad from the source.

The processing business of the Thailand base focuses on the South East Asia, Europe and North America markets, which can not only shorten the delivery cycle of overseas customers by more than 40%, significantly reduce the cost of international logistics, but also flexibly avoid regional trade barriers, providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the global supply chain.
