In order to continuously improve the professional skills and practical capabilities of the R & D team, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for product design and R & D. On the afternoon of August 19, the R & D department of Bibi Precision Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. held an in-depth technical training on the theme of "Bearing Installation, Disassembly and Maintenance".
This training was hosted by Mr. Zhao Zhongfei, a senior engineer of Bibi, focusing on the core technical principles of bearings to empower future precision design and high-reliability product development, aiming to implement the concept of "precision intelligent manufacturing" into every technical detail.
Bearings are known as the "joints" of machinery, and the standardization of their installation and maintenance directly affects the efficiency and lifespan of the product. This training system sorts out the full set of knowledge system from the basic theory of bearings to advanced maintenance, and the content is solid and highly practical:
1. Theoretical review and deepening: Review the principles of bearing classification, structure and selection to provide theoretical support for accurate design and failure analysis.
2. Installation and disassembly specifications: It focuses on explaining the installation methods (pressure method, heating method) and disassembly skills of bearings under different working conditions, emphasizing the use of professional tools and standardized operation procedures to avoid damage and ensure accuracy.
3. Lubrication and Maintenance Science: In-depth discussion of the key role of lubrication as the "fifth element of bearings", sharing the selection standards, addition methods and life cycle management of grease, with the aim of greatly improving equipment reliability through scientific maintenance.
The training site had a strong learning atmosphere and an active interactive session. During the Q & A session, colleagues actively asked questions, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the puzzles encountered in past projects, such as abnormal sound analysis, precision failure, and life optimization. This problem-solving-oriented discussion effectively promoted the sharing and inheritance of technical experience, reflecting the concept of growing together with Bibi.
