「安全无小事,责任重于山」—— 对制造企业而言,安全是生产的前提,更是员工幸福的底气。11月21日,比彼召开了安全管理专题会议,从意识强化到流程规范,从隐患排查到责任落实,全方位为企业高质量发展保驾护航。

会议伊始,安全负责人汪杰就亮明了态度:安全从来不是挂在墙上的标语,而是融入每个操作环节的行动准则。生产作业容不得半点疏忽,90%以上的安全问题都源于侥幸心理和习惯性违章——不戴护目镜、简化操作流程,这些省时间的行为实则藏著大隐患。 

他深入阐述安全管理的核心价值,强调安全是保障员工健康、维系企业稳定的生命线。面对全体员工,汪杰郑重强调:要彻底摒弃侥幸心理,将“安全第一、预防为主”的理念刻进心里,让规范操作成为日常习惯。

比彼的安全管理,向来是主动排查、提前规避,把风险消灭在萌芽状态,这既是对员工负责,更是企业长远发展的底气。

如果说理念宣导是「思想防线」,那么案例警示就是「行动指南」。

随后,综合管理部张文玲带领大家一起观看了行业事故安全警示视频,聚焦各类操作不规范、防护不到位等常见问题,用真实画面为全员敲响安全警钟。

针对突发状况,她清晰传达“冷静处置、及时上报、科学施救、留存证据”的核心处理原则;落实到日常工作中,更细化劳保用品佩戴标准、机械操作规程等关键细节,要求每一位员工严格执行、不打折扣,确保安全规范入脑入心。立足车间实际,才能找准安全「薄弱点」。

随后,总经理万春直接点出当前亟待整改的隐患:地面油污清理不及时、设备防护装置使用不够规范、物料堆放不够整洁、吊行车作业安全距离不足……

他反复强调“隐患无小事,小患酿大祸”,鼓励员工主动当好安全侦查员,发现问题及时上报,共同将风险消灭在萌芽阶段。

核心共识:安全没有旁观者,每个人都是责任人!

互动交流环节,现场气氛更为热烈。员工们踊跃分享自身经历的事故风险与防范技巧——从机床操作的安全确认三步法,到物料搬运的力学小窍门,再到用电安全的日常检查要点,大家在畅谈中弥补短板,凝聚起相互提醒、共同守安的强大共识。

会议最后,一整套安全升级方案正式落地,重点包含五项核心工作: 

· 开展岗位隐患自查,形成清单并限期整改;

· 强化安全培训与应急演练,提升全员应对能力; 

· 完善安全制度与工伤保障流程,织密制度防线;

· 加强车间安全巡查,重点整治突出问题;

· 制作安全警示展板,实现宣导常态化。
