「安全無小事,責任重於山」—— 對製造企業而言,安全是生產的前提,更是員工幸福的底氣。11月21日,比彼召開了安全管理專題會議,從意識強化到流程規範,從隱患排查到責任落實,全方位爲企業高質量發展保駕護航。

會議伊始,安全負責人汪傑就亮明瞭態度:安全從來不是掛在牆上的標語,而是融入每個操作環節的行動準則。生產作業容不得半點疏忽,90%以上的安全問題都源於僥倖心理和習慣性違章——不戴護目鏡、簡化操作流程,這些省時間的行爲實則藏著大隱患。 

他深入闡述安全管理的核心價值,強調安全是保障員工健康、維繫企業穩定的生命線。面對全體員工,汪傑鄭重強調:要徹底摒棄僥倖心理,將“安全第一、預防爲主”的理念刻進心裏,讓規範操作成爲日常習慣。

比彼的安全管理,向來是主動排查、提前規避,把風險消滅在萌芽狀態,這既是對員工負責,更是企業長遠發展的底氣。

如果說理念宣導是「思想防線」,那麼案例警示就是「行動指南」。

隨後,綜合管理部張文玲帶領大家一起觀看了行業事故安全警示視頻,聚焦各類操作不規範、防護不到位等常見問題,用真實畫面爲全員敲響安全警鐘。

針對突發狀況,她清晰傳達“冷靜處置、及時上報、科學施救、留存證據”的核心處理原則;落實到日常工作中,更細化勞保用品佩戴標準、機械操作規程等關鍵細節,要求每一位員工嚴格執行、不打折扣,確保安全規範入腦入心。立足車間實際,才能找準安全「薄弱點」。

隨後,總經理萬春直接點出當前亟待整改的隱患:地面油污清理不及時、設備防護裝置使用不夠規範、物料堆放不夠整潔、吊行車作業安全距離不足……

他反覆強調“隱患無小事,小患釀大禍”,鼓勵員工主動當好安全偵查員,發現問題及時上報,共同將風險消滅在萌芽階段。

核心共識:安全沒有旁觀者,每個人都是責任人!

互動交流環節,現場氣氛更爲熱烈。員工們踊躍分享自身經歷的事故風險與防範技巧——從機牀操作的安全確認三步法,到物料搬運的力學小竅門,再到用電安全的日常檢查要點,大家在暢談中彌補短板,凝聚起相互提醒、共同守安的強大共識。

會議最後,一整套安全升級方案正式落地,重點包含五項核心工作: 

· 開展崗位隱患自查,形成清單並限期整改;

· 強化安全培訓與應急演練,提升全員應對能力; 

· 完善安全制度與工傷保障流程,織密制度防線;

· 加強車間安全巡查,重點整治突出問題;

· 製作安全警示展板,實現宣導常態化。 

安全管理沒有完成時,只有進行時。此次專題會議,不僅統一了全員安全思想,更明確了後續工作方向。未來,比彼將以此次會議爲新起點,推動安全管理向常態化、精細化深入。也期待每一位比彼人都能從自身做起,嚴守規範、主動防範,攜手築牢安全防線!
